Public Relations and Product Releases
Do you have a new product you would like to get in front of the media? Please fill out the new product form and send it back to us to include in the media packets.
All Digital Pressroom (no paper)
To further reduce the use of paper products and move toward a greener PhotoPlus Expo, the pressroom at this year's show will only accept press releases and other documents in digital formats. This includes CD, DVD's, USB drives or any other form of digital storage for distribution to the media. Paper press releases, product and marketing brochures or any other printed information will not be accepted in the pressroom.
We hope you understand the need to move toward a paperless pressroom to help reduce your printing costs and waste often associated with paper documents.
Virtual Press Office (VPO)
PhotoPlus Expo is also working with Virtual Press Office (VPO), an online press release distribution service that is offering very attractive pricing for distributing news and photos to all photo-related media whether they attend the show or not. You are not obligated to use the service but may want to see what they offer.

Social Media: Exhibitor News Posted to PPE Facebook Page
PhotoPlus Expo wants to help you share news about the products and special events you will be conducting during this year's PhotoPlus Expo. If you have news or events regarding your participation at PhotoPlus material may be posted on PhotoPlus Expo Facebook as well as other channels (Twitter, etc.) PhotoPlus Expo Facebook as well as other channels (Twitter, etc.).
We will review content (URLs, videos, images, event information, etc.) for consideration on the PhotoPlus Expo social media sites. Any news submitted must be related to company products or activities associated with your participation in or at the show.
All content should be sent to lisa@pr-synergy.com. Please include the name and contact information of your PR and/or Social Media representative.
Media Welcome Bags
All registered media who attend this year's PhotoPlus Expo will receive a Welcome Bag, compliments of a sponsoring exhibitor. Exhibitors have an opportunity to submit any premium item for inclusion in the bag. Items such as pens, coffee mugs, note pads, etc. will be accepted and should have your company logo printed somewhere on the product. NO brochures or printed literature will be permitted to be placed in the Welcome Bag. If you are interested in participating, we will need 500 pieces (one item per bag).
