What is the status of PDN's Outdoor Photo Expo 2012?
Due to unforeseen logistical issues, the Nielsen Photo Group regretfully announces the Outdoor Photo Expo, scheduled for August 1-4, 2012, is cancelled. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank our exhibitors, speakers and attendees for their encouragement and enthusiasm for the event. We look forward to rescheduling the Outdoor Photo Expo at a later date in 2013.

How do I get an International Visa letter of invitation?
Once you are registered and paid in
full, send an e-mail requesting an International Visa letter of invitation to outdoorphoto@xpressreg.net. A letter of invitation will be sent within five
business days. Please note that if your country denies your visa request, you will receive a full refund (if applicable) for
your registration fees.
What is the dress code for the show?
The dress code for the conference and expo is casual.

How do I register for the show?
Once we confirm a date for Outdoor Photo Expo in 2013, we will post a registration link to the site.
How can I be deleted from your mailing list?
If you would like to be removed from the mailing list, please send your request via fax to 770-777-8700 or e-mail: outdoorphoto@xpressreg.net. Please include "Remove from Mailing List" in the subject line.
I want to bring a guest, is there a guest registration?
There is no guest registration; all attendees must be registered for the show.

What exhibitors will be at PDN Outdoor Photo Expo 2013?
Once we confirm a date for Outdoor Photo Expo in 2013, we will post exhibitor information to the site.
Are cameras allowed on the expo floor?
Yes, cameras are allowed. However, no photographs are
allowed on the show floor unless permission is granted by the exhibitor.
Are children allowed on the show floor?
No one under the age of 16 is permitted on the show
floor without adult supervision. Proof of age is required. Children are allowed on the show floor with adult supervision. Please
stop by registration onsite to sign a child waiver form and pick up a child badge. Absolutely no strollers will be allowed on
the show floor at any time - NO EXCEPTIONS. This is for safety reasons.
Are wheeled carts and/or bags allowed on the show floor?
For the safety of our attendees and
exhibitors, no wheeled carts, wheeled bags or strollers will be allowed on the show floor - NO EXCEPTIONS. Please e-mail outdoorphoto@xpressreg.net should you need to address this policy with show
management.
