Picture every attendee carrying your logo with them—from the moment they arrive at the show and for months afterward. Our serious attendees are Gold Expo Pass Holders. Make this 600sq foot VIP area an extension of your booth to get some extra face time with your top clients and hundreds of potential new customers. Your logo will be prominently displayed at the entrance of the Oasis. We staff this lounge with one person to check badges of all those coming in but you also have the opportunity to have a member from your staff working the welcome counter to maximize your productivity. The Oasis is customized with tables and couches as well as a private meeting room for you to utilize throughout the show. Water will be provided daily but you can purchase additional catering if desired.

ONSITE IMPACT SPONSORSHIPS

NEW! PHOTO SHOOT $10,000

Lights, Camera, Action! Give attendees something to remember from the show. This is something that has never been done at PDN PhotoPlus before. The idea is to make a fun and exciting atmosphere for the attendee to participate in while allowing the sponsor to promote directly to them and provide them with a take-home action item after each day of the show. After the attendee gets his or her picture taken, the sponsor provides them with a follow up post card with a URL listed (web site of sponsor’s choice) for them to go online and download their picture. The sponsor is touching the attendee several times and driving traffic to their web site. Sponsor would be responsible for providing all equipment needed for the shoot, (i.e. photographer of choice, camera, lighting, follow up card, staff member to assist photographer, etc.) The sponsor and show management would agree on the location for the photo shoot and the design of the background in front of which the attendees would be posing. The space will be approximately 300 square feet of show floor to be laid out by the sponsor with show management’s approval. Show management would produce the 8x10 backdrop and provide props the sponsor would want to have for attendees to adorn for the shoot. Show management will also provide carpeting, a 6 ft. table, 2 chairs and basic electric for the duration of the show. Depending on when the sponsorship is secured, the photo shoot will be promoted in overall show marketing efforts.

NEW! MONEY/PRIZE BOOTH $8,000

Create a buzz that all the attendees will want to take part in! You will have your very own PRIZE MACHINE! Maybe you want to give away a product, book or instructional seminar passes or maybe you just want to give away cash! The options are endless. The booth can be placed in your booth or in another location somewhere on the show floor, position to be decided by sponsor and show management. The sponsor can also decide how often to run the contest and how the attendee will be chosen. The sponsor will need to have a representative working the booth and show management will be there to train your rep. Show management will manage the set up, delivery and dismantling of the machine as well as the electricity to run the unit. When the blower and timer begins to circulate the cash or coupons, the 2 color rope lighting starts flashing to draw attention. The Prize Machine's digital electronic timer can be programmed from 5 to 60 seconds. There is also an "automatic attract mode" feature that automatically starts the blower at intervals that you program so attendees are constantly being intrigued. This automatic feature can simply be switched off when putting participants into the machine.

PRESS ROOM SPONSORSHIP $6,000

Got a new product you are launching or looking to have one on one face time with the industry’s most influential media? Don’t miss the chance to be front and center in our upstairs lounge set up for the press who use it as a “home base” during the show to interview and report back on all the latest products and services they see at the show. Last year, more than 450 members of the press attended PDN PhotoPlus and the Press Room is busy with meetings and action as it overlooks the show floor. As the sponsor, your logo will be displayed on Press Room signage, on all computer screensavers and your company literature will be handed out to each attending press member as they register. Our experienced PR firm can also conduct a media briefing on your behalf offering you the opportunity to get your product and message in front of key journalists.

EXPO THEATER RENTAL $5,000

Want to capture an audience of photographers for a dynamic presentation steps away from your booth? Host your own 40 minute seminar in the Photo Presentation Theater. This 300 seat hard-walled theater on the show floor, includes a sound system, stage lighting, 2 large projection screens, podium, microphone and related labor. Your session will be published at the front of the theater and there will also be greeters at the entrance to welcome attendees. You are welcome to staff the entrance with your own personnel to maximize impact. Only 12 sessions available for the entire show so schedule yours today!
*Please note that as the theater is on an active show floor. Outside noise is kept to a minimum but enclosed room sound quality and black out lighting are not possible.

MAIN ENTRANCE GREETERS $5,000 per day or $12,000 for 3 days

BOOTH LOCATOR SPONSORSHIP $5,000 (limited to 2 sponsors)

This is the one thing EVERY attendee needs to find out what is going on throughout the show and where to find your booth! The Booth Locator includes a complete exhibitor listing by company name and booth number; exhibit hall floor plan and schedule at a glance. Not only is your company and booth highlighted but you will also receive a 3-3/4x5 inch ad in the locator. This is a great place list your speaker schedule, show specials or coupon for a booth giveaway. The ad will be one color to match the show design.

METER BOARD SPONSORSHIP $1,100 for each meter board (Only 12 Available)

Create your own billboard to make announcements, direct attendees or give away materials remotely from your booth. Let the board work for you while you are at the booth! Each 39”x72” meter board can be designed with whatever you want and each one can be different if desired. Additionally, your board could have your ad on the top portion of the board and then add a literature bin to on the bottom half to distribute materials. Should you choose the literature bin, you will be responsible for keeping it stocked or you can request a quote for labor fees to keep it full throughout the show. Location of the meter board will be determined by availability and show management. Meter Boards are sold individually or as a group and placed on a first come basis.

LIGHT BOX SIGNS $2,500 per sign

Light up the floor with a 25 sq. foot sign with your graphics to draw additional attention to your booth at the show. The box is illuminated and is filled with your design and is double-sided for maximum exposure. Boxes can be placed at main entrances or on the show floor. Locations are selected with show management and are on a first come basis. Sponsorship includes printing of graphics and installation.

Outdoor Hanging Banners OUTDOOR HANGING BANNERS Call for pricing – 2 positions available

Attendees won’t miss this impressive advertisement! Create your attention-grabbing banner to make attendees head straight to your booth. These 20 feet X 60 feet (1200 sq. ft. maximum & must be by 10 ft. measurements) banners can be placed on the inner-roadway glass that faces east and north. Banners must be made of vinyl mesh material & shall not exceed 0.5lbc per sq ft. Exterior banners have additional conditions that must be met. Sponsor is responsible for banner production. People will enter from all directions using the doors in the Crystal Palace as well as Halls A & B. This sponsorship includes approximately 30 (2’x2’) images per entrance. Locations are sold on a first come basis.

Another way to grab attendee’s attention!! These message boards are positioned along the inner-roadway of the Convention Center where show shuttle buses arrive and depart.
