Thank you for your interest in becoming a speaker at the PDN PhotoPlus International Conference + Expo. Please Note: You may submit up to 3 session proposals.

  • How do I become a speaker for PhotoPlus Expo conference?
    Please submit a speaker proposal to PhotoPlus Expo no later than April 1. You may submit up to 3 session proposals.

    What are the presentation requirements?
    PhotoPlus Expo requires a complete title, description, headshot, biography and complete panel when you submit your presentation online. Please also include any sponsorship details.

    What is the dress attire for the conference?
    Business or business casual is appropriate for the conference.

    What are the conference hours?
    PhotoPlus Expo 2013 will take place October 24-26, at the Jacob Javits Convention Center in New York City.

    When do I need to arrive to my seminar?
    Plan to arrive 30-45 minutes prior to your session in order to pick up your badge, check-in and receive conference registration materials. Please arrive at your session room at least 15 minutes before your scheduled presentation time to get yourself organized and situated for an on time start.

    What is the audiovisual setup?
    The standard set in each room will be an LCD projector, appropriate number of microphones and screen. Speakers should bring their own laptop. If you are using a Mac laptop, please note it is your responsibility to provide the Mac adapter.

    Will Internet access be available?
    Wi-Fi service will be available to attendees and speakers complimentary during show days.

    Can I promote my product during my session?
    As a speaker of PhotoPlus Expo you are welcome to mention your products or sponsor products but you should not “hard sell” or push a particular product throughout the entire session.

    Can I distribute materials in the seminar room?
    Yes, you are allowed to place materials on seminars chairs.

    Will exhibitors be in attendance?
    Yes, exhibitors are able to attend sessions.
